Footsteps Lifestyle


this series of blogs is here to help to tell you the best (and worst) ways to get fit, lose weight and be happier with the way you look.

I'm a student at loughborough studying sport and exercise science so i hope i can take what i learn as go along, make it a little more interesting (possibly with some bad jokes or irritating comments in brackets) and put it on here for the small number of people who accidently stumble across it.

The first blog will be on dieting. Everyone has pretty much been on some diet at some point, (even cats are on the bigger side nowadays and could do with some healthy food according to The Apprentice) and i want to explain why dieting does not work and is not the way to go.
